What we collect
- Account info — your email address, and a display name if you provide one (or via Google/Apple sign-in).
- Activity — check-ins at participating businesses, points, gift cards, coupons, stamp cards, passport progress, and event RSVPs.
- Device location — only when you tap the “Nearby” filter, used on your device to sort stores by distance. We do not store your location.
- Push tokens — if you enable notifications in the mobile app.
How we use it
To run the loyalty programme: award points, track rewards, verify redemptions at participating businesses, and send notifications you've opted into. We don't sell your personal information.
What businesses see
Participating businesses see anonymized visit activity and traffic patterns. Staff see your first name when honoring a gift card or coupon at the counter — never your email or full history.
Service providers
Data is processed by Supabase (database & authentication), Vercel (hosting), and Google Firebase (push notifications). Sign-in via Google or Apple is handled by those providers under their own policies.
Your choices
- Turn notifications on or off in Profile settings.
- Delete your account anytime from Profile settings — this permanently erases your points, wallet, and history.
