Den Den Play is a free loyalty programme for participating local businesses. Points are earned by checking in during a genuine visit and can be redeemed for coupons and gift cards within the programme. Points and rewards have no cash value, aren't transferable outside the app's sharing features, and can't be exchanged for cash.
One check-in per business per day (or the business's posted interval), tied to a real visit. Fraudulent activity — fake check-ins, exploiting bugs, account sharing for rewards — may result in adjustment of points or suspension of your account.
Offers, deals, passport drops, and participating businesses can change or end at any time. Limited drops are first-come, first-served. Gift cards and vouchers are honored at participating businesses; expiry dates, where applicable, are shown in your wallet.
You're responsible for the email and sign-in methods on your account. You can delete your account at any time from Profile settings, which permanently erases your balance and wallet. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
